Thank you for reading this. At LBA, we operate differently, which may surprise some. We value transparency and want to clearly explain our returns and refunds policy in one sentence, followed by a brief explanation.

The Explanation:
At Light Boy Arms, we provide access to unprecedented prices by minimizing overhead and using fulfillment vendors who don’t allow returns for buyer’s remorse or changed minds. This means you enjoy discounted rates, but there are limitations. Undamaged products cannot be returned or exchanged—it’s your responsibility to verify your order before submitting. However, you’re protected against damaged or missing items, with a short window to inspect and report issues.
Damaged Firearms:
If a firearm arrives damaged, don’t accept it from your FFL. Contact us, and we’ll arrange a shipping label for replacement. If you take possession without inspecting, distributors won’t accept returns—you’ll need to contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
All Other Damaged Items:
For non-FFL products, inspect them upon delivery and notify LBA in writing within 24 hours of any damage or missing items. We’ll work with the vendor for a solution. As we’re not the retailer, we rely on our top-tier vendors, and we usually find fair resolutions.
The Bottom Line:
Returns aren’t accepted traditionally, and exchanges are limited to identical replacements for items damaged at or before delivery. Research fit, size, color, caliber, capacity, and features before ordering.
